A character that I believe doesn't receive enough credit haha. "Belief isn't simply a thing for fair times and bright days, I think. What is belief - what is faith - if you don't continue in it after failure?"

The magic systems definitely are amazing. It blows my mind how well he can create so many different kinds. I'd be remiss if I also didn't admit that I absolutely love several of the characters

Just wanted to pop in and make myself known a bit. I've been poking around on the shard for quite some time now, but I have some nervousness when it comes to making accounts on forums for some reason. I guess I've never wanted to be one of "those" fans, whatever that means. I finally broke down and wanted to get a bit more involved and actually get to know the community a bit so I decided to actually start participating in the forums. My wife and other friends who read Brandon's stuff don't read it quite as fast or as invested (no puns intended) as I do, so I wanted somewhere to come do all my nerdy rantings. I've read everything in the Cosmere besides White Sand, and just picked up Steelheart yesterday. Looking forward to poking around a bit with you guys!
