  1. I get it now. Sorry, I was ninja'd. Also, It appears that the village is using hemalurgy now. A tinspike.
  2. AHHHHHHH I don't know what to do anymore! So have they not used their scan yet? Also, this would explain a little bit of why they would try to get people to vote for themselves. According to Tuatara, they win if they can keep one Fleeing informant alive. So at the beginning of the cycle, they tried to get people to vote for them, because if they die, but keep a fleeing informant alive, then they end up winning. (Possibly, depending on actual wincons, even if the Elims also win by reaching parity) But for some reason, they've decided to stop their original plan, or something, or Tuatara ruined it. They must think we still have a chance. But I think in order for us to still have a chance, we are going to need the vote to go for one person, while the EIB agent's team sends in their scan this cycle. It gives us two chances to hit an elim, this cycle, which, depending on the number on the Elim team, might be the last cycle.
  3. I don't know how I feel about the whole thing. What if it's an Elim ploy? What are the odds that neither the agents or the vanillas have been able to pin a single elim by this time with so few players? Do they just keep choosing the same people that end up dying and getting lynched? If it is true, then maybe azure, cream and Mauve can tell us which of us have also been cleared by not dying to their scans? That way we can know not to vote for them? Just don't confirm our role to us yet. If it is true, then I would assume wincons are: refugee's: kill all elim faction's/other threats, fleeing informants: IDK, EIB Agents: Keep at least one fleeing informant alive, Elims: kill all informants/outnumber(or parity) the villagers.
  4. Also, someone forgot to get on the right account!!! @Seonid
  5. I guess you are right. I meant to say something closer to "sometimes Elims point out details about their own win condition, as if they are the village and don't want the rest of the village to be caught unawares, but really they are elim trying to gain trust."
  6. Well, That makes things interesting. So that means you are now cleared? (according to you) Isn't it possible that they won't know if they've lost until all wincons/losecons have been met? I still don't know how I feel about the claim, and want to look into it more. Edit: I don't know how I feel about this either. But you just pointed out something that if the elims didn't already know, they do now. I think I've seen that strategy among elims before. Point out something in thread, that they've realized, to make it seem like someone is accidentally giving them the idea. Mauve Crocodile Amethyst Scorpion For now. Until I review the post some more I find it odd that Tuatara would even reveal that information, except to save those two. But doing that, as Amethyst pointed out, just narrowed down the list of possible informants. So, now, once again, I have to look at Tuatara.
  7. Ok, I won't go into that, but I'm about 95% sure that Azure ISN'T Mr. Doctor. They could be trying a similar strategy though. If I remember correctly, Mr. Doctor tried bussing straw late game by trying to start a lynch on him, which essentially cleared him of being Elim. (really really sneaky) Azure knows that they can't do the same, because it was just barely done. But maybe Azure tried bussing(for lack of a better term) himself. That's a good point. I am going to keep my vote on Mauve for now, but that can change, and Azure is a strong candidate if it does change.
  8. I'm pretty sure I do actually. What are rules about discussing who we think people are in thread? I would love to go into that, but not until I know the GM's answer, or if you know it then that works as well.
  9. I've noticed a few votes on Azure Mouse, because he's been a driving force behind every lynch so far. I personally don't agree with that thought process. If I was an elim, I would be trying to avoid attention. I already have an Elim kill, and as long as a teammate isn't getting lynched, then I would just play stupid. The vote on Melon Dingo seems to only be based off of "Doesn't feel right" And I don't think this argument is very fair in Anonymous games, because we can't compare the posts to the original owner very easily. that being said. Something does feel off there. But before I put a lynch, I'm going to try to find something incriminating the vote on Scorpion also doesn't seem to be well founded. It's just a retaliation vote. So I can't jump on that lynch either. Looking at vote counts. If the vote manipulation is intrinsic, then D2, and D3, it narrows it down to Azure mouse, and Mauve Crocodile. Because those are the only 2 that voted on both candidates from both days that had vote manipulation. But then D1 counters that, because they also voted together that day, and there is no evident vote manipulation that day. That leads me to believe that the vote manipulation has got to be an action that someone submits. Or something that can be turned off by using an action. At this point, I honestly have a mild elim read on everyone except myself, so I don't know where to go. I will try to do a bit of analysis on everyone, and see what I come up with. For now, I will put my vote on Mauve Crocodile Because he has also voted for everyone that Azure has voted for, and it seems more likely that an Elim would quietly follow than try to lead, and while Mauve hasn't exactly been quiet, they, up until now, have flown below my radar. I will also tag you @Mauve Crocodile so you have a chance to respond, and hopefully I have a chance to consider your response.
  10. Hey guys! Still here! vacation 1 over. Vacation 2 starting in a couple days it's late for me, so I will look more into stuff in about 8 hours. My plan is to look into vote counts and see if I can find any apparent teamwork that's below the surface!
  11. Remember, this cycle, I'll be less analysis oriented. I'm in the mountains. But I'll start off the voting discussion, which is important every cycle by putting a vote down for cream tuatara who I voted for on the first cycle, and after he tied with albatross, there was a counter against albatross again. I might have time tomorrow to chem again, but most likely signing off for the night.
  12. Sorry for the double post, but it's been a while and it's different thought. What if 2 person elim team. One scan, and one kandra, so every time there is an elim kill, that's who the elim used to be, but they change to someone else. Can someone who has more time than me look at the elim kills, and see if anything is out of the ordinary?
  13. That question was not related to the game at all. Maybe a little bit of the meta-game though. But it means nothing alone. It goes along with the series of 5 questions to have any meaning. except that the 5 was bolded, and the name of Azure's character is bolded
  14. Ok. I am going to walk away from my computer in about 5 minutes, then I don't know what my activity will be like the rest of the weekend. I am going to change my vote from Amethyst Scorpion to Amber Vulture, for the reasons stated by those who have already expressed concern in him, and also for the reasons I expressed last cycle. I have 5 minutes to respond to any questions anyone has!
  15. I know, I wasn't expecting him to use the exact wording, but it was different enough that it made me suspicious. --------- I'm not exactly sure how I would have worded it, and after reviewing it again, it might not be as bad as I thought because of the possibility of plural on the last word "faction(s)" The tone was still slightly suspicious, so I will leave my vote on you for now, but try doing another analysis to find someone else. NOTE: I am fine with the Falcon lynch. They seem very suspicious. and IMO it's good to get rid of suspicious people, at least to figure out what's going on. I hope it' snot a mistake. Anyway, because the lynch is so solid, I am exploring other candidates to try to find someone, who instead of being eerily suspicious, is actually more suspicious, but under the radar.
  16. I don't know ivory, I honestly don't I know that my role definitely shows something there. But I don't know if it's the same as yours, or what it means exactly. Just so everyone knows, I will be active for about 5 more hours, then for the rest of the weekend, my activity level will drop significantly. So, while hopefully I will be able to post a couple times over the weekend, I will almost definitely not be doing any analysis deeper than the posts I'm tagged in, quoted in, are on the current page where I am, or are otherwise extremely important. basically Just reading or skimming
  17. I don't really know if I can clarify. It Just feels off. Plus I think it feels off that their voting was perfect time to be seen as a quick bandwagon vote. Also, going into semantics, The way he worded this is different from how it was worded in my PM. That's going to sound like a weak argument, because we can't copy/paste from the PM, but I think it's different enough, for me, to make it suspicious in my opinion. Edit: don't know what happened with my quote box there.
  18. In no particular order, here is a sequence of my thoughts. First off, While I still don't trust Emerald Falcon, I do not feel comfortable voting for him any more, right now at least. I don't think it would be that disastrous. Assuming 3 elims with one elim kill, and one lynch, We would have 3 or 4 cycles to Lylo. (never actually calculated that before is that correct?)(Also assuming LyLo due to Elim majority) If we lose one cycle, by not voting for Emerald, we can see if Elims kill him, and if not, we can lynch him next cycle. I personally think that if we have more days to lylo than there are elims, then, we're set I'm going to put my vot on Amethyst Scorpion I don't like how he handled this situation. Namely "I agree...that refugee is just a vanilla village." While he is correct, I think he should have said something more along the lines of "also attest" or something. Amethyst stayed quiet D1, then jumped on a bandwagon(albeit, pretty convincing) relatively quickly D2, and other than that issue, has stayed quiet this cycle as well. @Amethyst Scorpion, What do you have to say for yourself? I haven't analyzed your D1 yet, so give me a minute....... Ok, so it turns out that most of it is response to game mechanic discussion, and most of that is NAI Pretty sure Swan's vote was just a typical D1 vote, even if it was against me But your's could also be seen as one as well. So you removed it 'just because,' and didn't put it on anyone else. Granted it wasn't affecting the lynch, as a lone vote, but still, why? If my calculations are correct, there were only 9 minutes before rollover, so it doesn't look like you were planning on casting another vote? Then of course you didn't I'm sorry, but I think I missed the important part of the post then. Could you provide me some answers? So that puts the updated vote count at: Amber Vulture(2): Melon dingo, Coral Swan Emerald Falcon(5): Coral Swan, Ivory Dragonfly, Amethyst Scorpion, Fuschia Ostrich, Indigo Weasel, Amber Vulture, Chartueuse Penguin. Amethyst Scorpion(1): Indigo Weasel Also, there's been a lot of RP in the last 12-16 hours, but less analysis. I really do enjoy the RP, and if I felt more comfortable doing it, I would, but can we get more analysis as well?
  19. Because your both birds of prey, (although you are usually more of a scavenger,) And you're both suspicious. Note: I typed this a while ago, but never hit submit
  20. As it stands, here is the vote count: Amber Vulture(1): Melon dingo Emerald Falcon(6): Coral Swan, Ivory Dragonfly, Amethyst Scorpion, Fuschia Ostrich, Indigo Weasel, Amber Vulture, Chartueuse Penguin. That's 7 votes out of 12. We are missing 5 votes to have a 100% voter turnout.
  21. Oh, like a "Please kill me" role? That would be interesting!
  22. As it stands, you are dead anyway(by lynch to be specific). If there hasn't been anything to change everyone's mind by some time tomorrow(real world time), might I suggest that you reveal your role. The longer you wait, the less people will be able to remove their vote from you, but if you reveal too early, it might not be good either. But currently, it seems you are dead anyway.
  23. I know I just barely defended Falcon for his post earlier this cycle, but Emerald Falcon for the suspicions he threw late hour last cycle, right after we got someone tying Albatross's lynch. Instead of trying to find out the alignment of the cream tutara, I think it would be better to try to find out Emerald Falcon's alignment. (But depending on how he flips, then I will go back and suspect the Tutara. This is subject to change based on the discussion though.
  24. Edit to me previous post: Please change Amber vulture to emerald falcon in your minds eye. Also, it's supposed to say wincon, not wonton
  25. I'm gonna be "that guy", which might not bode well with me, but if I was a refugee, I wouldn't want others to know my wonton, so I would put up another win on for others to see. I do think it's kind of odd that Amber vulture said that, but I'm gonna cut him some slack
