    Awesome! I really loved this, great work. The title gave away what it was about, but throughout the song I still imagined different parts of it to be different things, forgive me if I’m totally wrong.

    So, I felt the long beginning part was sad and slow and reflective, I thought this was Maya (the deadeye)’s passing of hands as a Shardblade since the Recreance. How so many people used her as a Blade even though she was dead. Quite sad.

    When it starts to pickup and get more fast paced I thought that would be the point in Maya’s history where she’s given to Adolin, who uses her well and for his own thrill and he fights well with her.

    I felt the drop after that was him suddenly realizing he’d actually been using a deadeyes after all this time, maybe guilt.

    The pick-up from there was incredible. I imagined that as him fighting with Maya in:

    The battle of Thaylen Field. Right at 3.44 it feels like that’s the moment Maya tells Adolin her name, the first semblance of life, and then it gets better.

    This stuff may have not happened, but I’m imagining the drop after that to be the depression that even though she said something, she’s still dead.

    And I thought the pick-up after that (5.05) was maybe Adolin finally reassurecting her. I really liked that.

    Overall, amazing song! Good job.

    The rest is not what I ment but I really liked you'r version so thank you ^_^

    I loved it And I'm really glad you decided to join! This is actually really how I pictured the glass forest. I love the decision to live it colorless!

    Beyond that, most of the music by the group Two Steps from Hell often makes me think of the epic battles in Stormlight.

     

    Agreed, + Two Steps From Hell is great. A lot of epic soundtracks.

    1. My Power will be the ability to fly and to make things fly, my secondary power would be self Healing 

    2. My weakness would be silence, and for that I would always be listening to music while using my powers.

    3. My name would be Deathbeat, because I would always fight with the beat of the music I'm listening to. Kind of like a dance. 

    4. People would hate me because I would kill anybody that I find that has a bad sense of morals (Irony. I know). Epics and regular man as one. Well, atleast as long as I'm powerfull enough to win.

    But Hebrew Is Jewish, not Arabic\Asian, But I get how to someone who doesn't speak nether  Hebrew can sound a lot like Arabic..

    So basically my native Language is Hebrew so I'm reading the books in Hebrew. I really love composing and making music so the moment I'v seen that there are Lyrics to a song In WoR I knew I had to do it. So here it is, I hope you enjoy it and please comment what you thought of it despite the language barrier.

    I want to also share how amazing and strong the secend appearance of this song was for me,  after I'v already composed it and read the words with my tune.
