After it was revealed that humans aren't originally from Roshar I have a theory that Hoid is from a seperate planet where humans originated.
This is probably covered in a book I haven't read yet so idk
Vathah is cool because im a big sucker for a solid redemption ark. I also like Gaz a lot, but Vathah basically took him under his wing (idk if I remember this correctly I haven't read Words of Radiance in years). I think he feels genuine passion and maybe something similar to familial love for Shallan, but at the same time feels great reservation and reverence towards her. He's like a member of bridge four but his bond is more relatable to a person reading.
This is extremely subjective I relate to him.
