    Obviously this is a matter of personal preference, but I like Brandon books because they are not like GRRM or Erickson. I like reading stories where there are true heroes. Not everything needs to be "gritty." I think Stormlight does an excellent job exploring true heroism, and it's very refreshing to read.

    Sometimes the internet sucks. What sort of people it makes us into. Then again I guess there are plenty of jerks irl too... :( sadly
