Hello everybody, I am a long time lurker, and I finally decided that I probably should make an account and contribute to discussion. I found Brandon Sanderson after hearing that he was picking up the Wheel of time series. Intrigued, as I had never heard of the man, I picked up a book of his- Mistborn- and was hooked. I have since read all of his books a couple... well more like 6 or 7 times over. I found this forum in mid-late 2010, right after TWoK was released, and have lurked since. About myself, I am a Edmonton-dwelling physics/computing science student, aspiring to be a video game designer. Sadly, I have not been able to meet Mr. Sanderson in person because unless he comes to the Calgary Exposition, any convention he visits is several thousand kilometres away. I am an avid reader- containing a library of around 450-500 books, and I consider Sanderson one of the top writers in the library.
