Unite them has many meanings. And will be a theme for Dalinar throughout. So the answer is yes to all of that. The kingdoms including the parschendi,  the radiants, etc.    But ultimately I predict it is meant to unite the shards on Roshar to become something new,  Unity if you will.  Similar to Harmony with Ruin and preservation.   Cultivation, Odium and the essense of Storm Father become Unity.  That's my end game prediction for the first 5 novels.

    Mad theory, I love it

Well, forms of AonDor are bound quite tightly to geographic location on Sel. So a Dakhor practitioner pretty much has to come from Fjordell.

But hemalurgy is very portable. You could do the reverse, and make an Inquisitor of a Dakhor monk.

Thats why i was thinking of an Inquisitor worldhopping to Elantris and training with the monks there, sorry, i get the misunderstanding xD

    @Weltall

I'd like to see voluntary hemalurgy in the future books. Like, if I was dying/getting old, i'd give my power to friend/family who wanted it.

Imagine some kind of religious sect where lower members are convinced to give some power (be it an actual allomantic/Feruchemal ability or simply physical strength, mental fortitude, etc) higher ups get more "donations" then others... hmmmmm sounds kinda familiar....

The second. You will Age relatively to your experienced time, not the external One.

So yeah Cadmius could be used to Travel forward in time.

I have a feeling we are going to find a group of people that have gathered together and technically put themselves in a 'stasis chamber' to the see the future

I think this might be slightly off-base. Time is only slowed inside the bubble, not outside it. So, if you stacked, somehow, thousands of Pulsers  and created a point of really, really slow time then all that would happen is the person or persons in that central point would be experiencing (to them) "normal time" but each one (1) second of their "normal time" would be worth days/years/decades of outside time. Once the bubbles dropped they'd find themselves millennia (or even further) into the "future" from their perspective but, for everyone outside the bubbles, time would have moved through those millennia "normally".

    Right?

So, does that mean all that age is going to hit you as soon as you drop the bubble? Having a similar effect as when TLR lost his atium bands? If not then (get ready for this one), could you say (loosely) that this is kinda a method to travel forward in time?

  6. Okay, so we know Pulsers create something like a average room sized time bubble. As far as i know, we havn't been given a fixed 'rate' at which time is slowed, and or the ranges that can be achieved by flaring. I was just thinking, does this effect compound(not twin born compounding, like do the bubbles stack?) if you had a bunch of Sliders burn in the same place at the same time? If it does, then one could effectively stretch a moment out for eternity? (slight exaggeration but you catch my drift)

Off the top of my head, this could be used to catch a Steel compounder?

Also, if this is a possibility, in theory, the people inside the bubble would continue to age while those outside were technically frozen in time (if you had enough people to stack this effect...)

I would love to hear some theories you guys have on the use of this and/or is you can disprove it before i develop this theory further:lol::lol:

    David Tennant.

    somehow. someperson.

YES PLEASE!!! Hoid. He's not what i picture for Hoid in terms of looks, but i think he would capture all of Hoid's personas beautifully. Also, who better for a funny, OOOLD, sarcastic time traveler to play then a funny, OOOLD, sarcastic time traveler. Did i mention can change his appearance? Has doodads from different planets?

The obvious answer is then to use a light as possible gun and heavy as possible ammo while flying au naturel.

Maybe a shot gun or a large caliber rifle to get a good initial speed, which you drop as you fire, then as you said, best possible ratio between gun lightless and bullet weight? However the coordination maybe be slightly difficult...

Welcome! Nice to have you here! Sami asked about your favorite book, so then I'll ask about your favorite character.

As for most i imagine, this is another difficult question. Top favorites would have to be, Lift, Kaladin, Elend, Wayne!!!, Kelsier, Siri, Lightsong and Blushweaver (that whole thing gave me endless mirth), Rock and i dont want to say favorite but the fan boy in me certainly jumps for joy at his appearences, good old Hoid (especially some moments as Wit!!)

Welcome @AntiqueArabesque to Brandon's Perpendicularity. We look forward to your insights which will add to our knowledge of Brandon's written word. Enjoy yourself, but as my @Firerust has stated stay away from the realmatically modified baked goods. Also have an upvote for creating such a delightful piece of click bait!

Again with the cookie thing, what does this mean??

  11. I'm almost positive someone has asked about this already, I've read what i can online and want to get a better grasp on this for some of my theories, could someone help me out or point me to a discussion that will?

@Curious Kid Dan Welcome to the Shard! Don't worry about making a fool of yourself - we all do that 24/7  (or at least I tend to) :P

What is your favourite Brandon Sanderson book?

Thank you, favourite book is a difficult one, a question i have been asked many times. If pressed I think I would have to go with Hero of Ages or WoR. HoA simply because of the fight between Vin and the Inquisitors near the end and it was what sparked my interest in the cosmere, and WoR because it was awesome.

Perhaps you'd get a malatium-shadow explosion, cosmetically similar to when two people use atium at each other? I figure he's so old and has had so many chances to remake himself, the normal two shadows would be insufficient.

Follow up question, what happens if you burn malatium at a shardvessel?

The malatium shadow explosion makes sense to me given his knowledge and (potential) world effecting abilities. Imagine if he had chosen to share his Realmatic knowledge with any main character of any of the worlds he visited? I think (this would be assuming the person burning the metal has the ability to comprehend what they are seeing, or simply process this vastly overloading wealth of information) this maybe have some adverse effects on the malatium burner...

  14. Hi guys, figured I had to start this posting thing:D

Sometimes I feel more connection to the cosmere then I do to this reality, I'm hoping this will be a place where i can share that love with others.

Will be doing my best not to make a fool of myself when posting comments and theories...
