I have been reading from a young age (Harry Potter, Skulduggery Pleasant, ect.) but I have never been an avid reader. However, I do want to start reading a lot more and Brandon Sanderson's Final empire got me hooked right of the bat. So I decided to have a read online about his other books and came across the whole Cosmere universe. My question is are the links between each series very small? How much impact do the links have on each individual series? Additionally, in Sanderson's website he says if you like romance you will like the Warbreaker but how much of the story is focused on romance? Does it have action/magic? I have yet to begin reading the well of ascension so i hope not to be majorly spoiled.
