I've always loved fantasy as a huge Harry Potter fan, Mortal Instruments, etc. I'm a personal trainer and was discussing books with one of my clients, and she told me I should check out Brandon Sanderson. I think either Mistborn or The Rithmatist was my first and I was hooked!
