I am not exactly an expert but it was The Lord Ruler who made the bands, Since The Lord Ruler came into contact with preservation he presumably knew all of the allomantic metals and he swapped out bendalloy for atium so it could be burned to stop Ruin getting hold of his Shardpool I think.

Hello I started reading Sanderson's books over the summer break starting with Warbreaker then The Mistborn trilogy and the Wax and Wayne series. The thing that this forum has helped me most is that the Cosmere is a thing and brandon just doesn't have an addiction to calling seemingly unimportant but key at the same time characters Hoid Thank you for all the wonderful theories I will be sure to lose my sanity over the next couple of days getting to grips with them.
