Thank you both! Glyph-reading is not my favorite part of this series lol. Follow-up question – is Brandon just choosing to show off the new icon? or how does Kaladin's presence fit thematically with that epilogue? Easy answer could just be using it for the postlude immediately after.

To the best of my recollection, the face represented on the WaT Epilogue is new. Are we to assume this is Herald Kaladin? That seems the most obvious answer. It could be the shash brand on his forehead here (hard for me to see), but I do not know why that would still be present now that it's healed? Maybe just for our identification? Any other takes?
