    I just got my wisdom teeth out and have been on pain meds for the past few days. I feel like I have lost something worse than sight or hearing, my mind. I can't understand what I read and I can't logically think about problems due to the medication. It gives me a whole new appreciation for what I have.

      Know that feeling, I have to take Oxycodone occasionally for a neurological condition but I'd rather try and cope with the pain for as long as it's bearable than feel like all my mental faculties are fading.

      I had to use the Oxycodone. That stuff is the worst. It made me feel like my veins were filled with hot moist sand. Terrible stuff.
