  1. An easier way to say this is. Blade to blade a Radiant will win. Surge to the Force the Jedi Will win.
  2. A normal person with a lightsaber < a normal person with a shardblade. A Jedi apprentice with a lightsaber > than a 3rd ideal windrunner. A lightsaber has no weight on the blade and a shardblade does so a shardblade is easier to wield. It's like fighting with a flashlight(torch to you British fellows) against a stick. You can control the stick better. The reason a Jedi would beat a windrunner are the reasons my brother stated above.
  3. But they would make a good couple....
  4. They soulcast air all the time in to buildings which are hollow, granted some of them are made by wood first them into stone but some are just straight out of air. WoR first Kaladin viewpoint. I don't have my book with me so I can't get the exact quote. And szeth isn't that fast to kill her before she even sees him. She can see his flame is shadesmar so he can't sneak and attack her without her knowing.
  5. You just need to be able to see the bead of them in shadesmar, so even if you can't see them you might be able to grab their bead and soulcast it. Your welcome chouta.
  6. 2. There are no sprens in Shinovar that's why it is so different, it's based solely on cultivation. 3. The Heralds told humans that the last desolation had just ended. So why would there be a need for new knights radiant. 4. If that's the case why would he send szeth to kill them. 1. I don't know this one. 5. I don't understand this one. 6. I've only read Stormlight archive books so I don't know about this one either.
  7. you beat me to it! Nice job lol!
  8. I think that the connection is shadesmar. Parshendi and amians are both more in touch with it that humans. Amians shadow points toward the sun, and jasnah does this when she is partially in shadesmar. There's a WoB connected to this but as usual I can never find the page where they are all at.
  9. Everyone seems to hate them so I think it must be for some reason. The guy who studies sprens seems to be in jail every time we seem him so it's either because Everyone is racist or because he is a trouble maker. They are more linked to shadesmar then humans due to the fact that their shadows point towards light like in shadesmar. The dude seems pretty funny but everyone says that they are extremely dangerous but I don't know why, I don't remember anything about them being dangerous.
  10. Except for heralds because they can use the full potential of their blades and their oathpact bond
  11. I thought it was because honorblades are just honour shard while shardblades are from honour and cultivation. I think that regrowth and healing have more to do with cultivation than with honour so radiants heal but honorblade bearers can't heal as well because there is not as much cultivation influence in the honorblades
  12. And you can get like special heroes that also give you perks and help fight. Like: Kaladin- Bridgeman training- +5 endurence for all troops Shallan- Decoys- -5 enemy morale Dalinar- tactician- +5 movement speed and unit formation for all troops Stuff like that would be even more awesome . Sorry if I'm ruining your idea just thinking out loud.
  13. If he did have his own spren then he killed it because of the first oath, LIFE before death but it depends on how you interpret it. But no spren would stand for killing other radiants
  14. That sounds awesome, and the one guy in the end of WoR gives you expert archers.
  15. Sorry, spell check did that. Lol
  16. Thank you Kurdistan! Very helpful
  17. The highstorm came storming faster than the storm father expected but the highstorm provided the storming perfect cover for the storming stormfather while he stormed the stormcursed village named storm, but the storming stormform voidbringers stormed through the highstorm because they too wanted to storm the village named storm to get a storming good strategic spot to summon the everstorm and to cause a storming large amount of destruction by letting the everstorm storm the opposite direction of the highstorm's storming trajectory, so when the storms storm into each other the highstorm and the everstorm feed of each other's storm to make even more storming damage, thereby completing the storming stormform voidbringers mission and making the storm father look like a storming stormcursed fool by trying to storm a a village named storm by destroying it with the everstorm and wiping it of the storming stormwardens map when the everstorm meets the highstorm at the stormcursed village named storm , which would make it storming ironic because it's name is storm and it was so storming destroyed when the everstorm and a highstorm met at the storming stormcursed village with the storming ironic name. 51And I'm pretty sure it's not a run-on sentence because its mostly parenthetical information
  18. Well there is a WoB that the hardback cover depicts the color of the associated knight. The first one was blue and kaladin is a windrunner and their gemstone is sapphire. The second one is a dark red and shallan is a lightweaver the gemstone for those is the garnet. If someone could find the quote I'm talking about that would really help
  19. That's what I was saying about him not being able to escape the lead.
  20. Well jasnah can't suffocate him by surrounding him with lead since he doesn't need to breathe. Also soulcasting takes more stormlight than "windrunning" (is that the proper term?) if she does trap him he can still lash himself at her direction and maybe kill her. If she teleports away he can slowly cut free his wrist with the honour blade, then cut himself free after that. But if she makes the lead around him to thick to where his blade can't get through then he will run out of stormlight before he can cut himself free. ( him cutting himself free is only possible if it is possible to summon the blade on any part of the hand and slowly summon/cut himself out.)
  21. When Dalinar catches the chasmfiends claw on book 1.
  22. I like Unhinged idea better than mine. Upvote!
  23. I don't know kaladin can move pretty fast , I mean he practically "flies"
  24. But how do we know that they know adolin did it? I probably missed something but there wasn't a wob about it was there?
  25. We are all forgetting something extremely important.... Elhokar can pardon adolin!!! Dalinar said "you can pardon ANY crime as king" it's something like that when dalinar was discussing with Elhokar
