Sure, she can get pregnant and have a baby, but I'm saying Sja-Anat is not trying to make a subtle reference to Shallan currently carrying anything more than Adolin's sperm insider her.
So there's definitely no way that there are already soul flames for twin babies if she literally just had sex. Unless she got pregnant from a different time they had sex back in Lasting Integrity. But again - there are zero signs pointing to her actually being pregnant and this one liner from Sja-Anat is being taken wildly out of proportion. People are trying to back it up by highlighting the shower sex scene beforehand but that makes it all make even less sense.
I hardly ever think about the technicalities of other peoples origin and I won't start here
You and @Sedside are/were of course absolutely right in that biologically its not possible to decide about a possible pregnancy "right now"

But in https://coppermind.net/wiki/Voidbinding its said:
Quote[...] that Voidbinding usually, though not always, originates with the Unmade.
and
QuoteOne of the most common powers associated with Voidbinding is prophecy and foresight.
So it might well be that Sja-anat knows something about a pending pregnancy.

Apparently my understanding of the english language lacks in the proper use of "so what". My apologies

So what? She will be taken into the spiritual realm with the Ghostbloods, get lost there, loose time and come back on day 9 but a subjective 1 year later with baby.0 -
Ooohh...totally forgot about the assumption of me from after reading Lost Metal ... context was a discussion around her brother Dlatil and her and something about Iyatil "running amok":
QuoteDlavil held his tongue, his eyes inscrutable behind that cursed mask. TwinSoul hated being unable to get a full read on the man’s expressions, but Dlavil—like his sister who ran amok on Roshar—wore a mask that he never removed; it was grown in to the point that it was practically part of his skin."
– The Lost Metal: A Mistborn Novel (The Mistborn Saga Book 7) von Brandon Sanderson
https://lesen.amazon.de/kp/kshare?asin=B09MBS37W9&id=6krym7lkgjgp7dj4nyxlvnrkcmMy assumption was:
QuoteI took it for granted, that this sister must be the masked Ghostblood from SLA. So far she did nothing which aligns with my understanding of “running amok”, so we can expect her to do this in SLA-5 IMHO.
Added: Iyatil it is.
This does not bode well for the Ghostbloods activity on Roshar and the realms

Hmm ... that means ... non human Radiants can?
So Rlain is up for a view point on day 2? Well well

I couldn't agree more, especially with this important bit:

how did we miss spotting felt as a ghostblood spy, anyway?
he's from skadrial. he worked closely with vin and elend. from there, it's a very small step to assume he could be loial to kelsier, maybe even a survivorist.
we got too used to seeing worldhoppers around in minor roles doing nothing special and thinking nothing of them. we shouldn't have dismissed him
Well, the Ghostbloods are mostly pictured as "evil", Felt felt (pun intended) always like a "good guy". Hard to reconcile that without seriously trying.

- Does it work outside Shadesmar proper, that is outside Roshar's subastral?
- Is the assumption of Roshar being not aware of the Cosmere at the time before the Recreance true?
Hmm ... I can't imagine Roshar being "not aware", "not particularly aware" sounds more reasonable, as e.g.
- the Iriali seem to be quite aware of their history and thus should be equally aware of the Cosmere
- the Unkalaki live with Cultivation's Perpendicularity right at their doorstep and even seeing themselves as its guardians

Soulcasters and healing fabrials. Or actually one healing fabrial.
So could Sja-anat go around and “corrupt” these as well?

Ok, one thing I needed to be reminded of was that Oathgates are Fabrials and that the oathgate spren are actually bound to them. And the difference to e.g. a heating fabrial is, that here there are highspren bound.
Which other examples of high spren fabrials do we actually have?

If it turns out not to be so I vote for creating an alternate ending for SL arc 1 …

I wouldn’t call them educated because for she doesn’t educate them she changes them on a fundamental level you can call that enlightened or corrupted depending on whether you think the changes is good or bad but you can’t call mere education
Naa, that's the point I wanted to make: Is it really something about Connection, Identity or corruption? Or does she only TALK to them and convinces them? I mean, what the spren actually SAY, sounds just like Russian revolutionaries out of old Hollywood comedies, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ninotchka

Well ... its already hinted at in the text, that there are different point of views whether the oathgate
sirenssprens are corrupted, enlightened or just educated by Sja-anat. Interestingly their statementQuote“I have made my decision. So has my companion. We are ready for freedom.”
co-aligns with a famous speech by Nelson Mandela
QuoteErkundenNelson Mandela used the phrase “we are ready for freedom” in a speech he delivered on February 11, 1990, the day he was released from prison after 27 years. This speech marked a significant moment in South African history as it symbolized the beginning of the end of apartheid and the start of a new era of freedom and democracy12.
What do you think?

Interesting question, but I would say it should be asked in a different board/thread, as I don't see a connection to Wind and Truth.

My theory is, that it is not Ba-Ado Mishram doing anything. She is trapped, isolated, cant do anything. But she is "warping" Realm around her.
Rest is Shallan's ability. She is looking into Spiritual Realm, and is drawing Fortune to see something what requires her attention. Point is, Shallan doesnt comunicate with Re-Sephir when she sees her with her art. Also, She was drawing Sia-Anat even before she was able to comunicate with her.
So I think Shallan is detecting "Warping" of Spiritual Realm and she sees Ba-Ado-Mishram as she was in the moment of imprisonment.
Yepp, that's what I meant

I think we need to consider the loophole in light of the switch from Rayse to Taravangian. Remember, the reason Hoid doesn't see this loophole is probably because he misunderstands who he is dealing with. With that in mind, I think it will boil down to the nature of the "contest" of champions. Contest doesn't need to mean a fight. A murder trial is, in a way, a contest "to the death." Rayse would, I think, interpret a contest straightforwardly, as a battle. But Taravangian? Think about the arc between him and Dalinar. They have been in a contest against each other this whole time. But it has been a contest of philosophy, their competing ideals of what it means to be a ruler.
I think that the new Odium will introduce a contest similar to the debates he and Dalinar have already been having, about how to resolve different ethical scenarios, but on a grander stage - made literal in some way. I think it would be interesting if it came down to a contest of rulers, some kind of competition to see who was the more "just" or effective ruler of their respective kingdoms. I'm not sure what that would entail, but I think it would be so interesting, as a natural extension of the conflict Dalinar and Taravangian have already been having over the course of their relationship. And it is something that Rayse would never have thought of, and therefore Hoid wouldn't have considered it either. It's a loophole in the sense that the nature of the contest was never clarified.
This take on the competition sounds suspiciously like a vote among their respective subjects, doesn't it?

I've been having some thoughts here, and there's a process here that I am starting to think I lean towards.
So, BAM is trapped in a gemstone and is in the Spiritual Realm... whatever that actually means lol. We don't know much about the Spiritual Realm, but we do know that Shallan is accessing it when she draws on fortune for her inspirational drawings that nudge/encourage people to improve and be better, etc.
I do not think Shallan accesses BAM's location in the Spiritual Realm or BAM herself but she accesses other knowledge about BAM. BAM is cut-off, there is neither a connection nor Connection to entities in the other realms.

I think the projected shard shield wall is a Kaladin thing, not a windrunner one.

Quick warning note - this post assumes you have read both Lost Metal and RoW.
As I was reading the sections of LM that feature the Ghostbloods, I was really struck by the idea that the Ghostbloods we see in the Stormlight Archive seem different than the Ghostbloods of Mistborn Era 2, in terms of ideology, mission, and capabilities. Based on the timelines we have of the Cosmere, we know that the general chronological order of events in the Cosmere is Mistborn Era 1, SA 1-5, Mistborn Era 2, SA 6-10, Mistborn Era 3. The Ghostbloods Shallan encounters seem to be much more ruthless and self-centered than the ones Marasi deals with. The Rosharan branch also appears to be much more established and extensive. Based on the timeline we have, which says Shallan is meeting the Ghostbloods before Marasi, this doesn't make sense to me. I have a few thoughts on why this might be the case and I thought I would put them out there to see what others think:
[...]
Anyway, just a few thoughts that crossed my mind. I personally think the first one is most likely to be true. Let me know how you all see things.
And coming back to agrabes' original post. One could interpret TwoSouls thoughts of Iyatil "running amok" as rejection of her leading style during the formation phase of the Ghostblood branch on Roshar. Follwing this thought one would be able connect 1. the differences of both branches and 2. the fact that Kelsier and TwoSouls DO know about her (and her acolyte Mraizes) problematic views.

Concerning the timelines: don’t we have a perfect anchor with the following quote:

Hmm, I am confused about Aux being Sigs "Knight". Reading this as "Knight Radiant" would reverse our initial naive understanding of their relation; it would make Sigzil take the "spren-role" in their relationship :-)
(Funny enough, that is something I was expecting of Adolin and Maya, i.e. that Maya will take the Radiant-role and Adolin the Spren-role.)
