I personally think he will be a willshaper. It seems that the names of the orders have something to do with what they are. Lopen not only conceincly got stormlight, but he forced himself to do it. Ever since he found out Kaladin could he has been trying. I think his extreme willpower to look on the bright side in bad situations and also willed himself to take in stormlight, it forced a spree to bond with him. But what wouldn't want to bond the Lopen?
