What are you playing right now?

Good. I need to finish 3 -
Lash was so big and bad in early seasons that his role in last Ep just made all that past stuff laughable. Huge disappointment to me but I suppose it just makes Hivr seem even badder... Still that seemed poorly done to me.

1st was a huge treat. 2 is really good though not on the lvl as 1. 3 I just down right hated so so much sadly.

Thunder, rain, and wind are a constant companion here along Gulf coast and thankfully even though we get strong winds an actual tornado down is super rare. In my 35 yrs I've seen a total of 0 of them. -

Make friends with everyone. Don't fall into cliqs, be the floater young grasshopper. -
I said this on Malazan but if the show lands on HBO(doubtful) this would be the one show I'd be mad about getting the typical HBO titty treatment. Personally I think it ll land on a normal cable station and my hope would be for FX to get it.

Septimus is mentioned in bk 1 yes when Tavi and Amara seek shelter in his tomb during a storm. He's mentioned in all 6. Captains Fury bk 4 is really fun.

I'm enjoying the hell out of Webers Safehold 1. It's so predictable plot/dialogue wise that it reminds me of old school fantasy like Dragonlance but it has been so fun to read so far!

Sick breath is so disgusting! I did indeed burn some on my stump last night. I love having my fire each night. -

I seem to have been hit by a truck in my sleep last night. I've been so healthy the last few yrs it's making these past 12 hrs feel like the end of times. Ed: I'm feeling so bad the thought of passing one night not burning my stump has crossed my mind. To better understand I burn every night whether it's a 20F winter night or 90F summer one. Only thing that will stop me is (heavy) rainy one for obvious reasons. -

I've been playing it for over a month and love it so much. It's much easier then Bloodborne is. I can't wait to get to DS3. -
I actually really liked that one.

So they are coming for 1st visit in the hottest most humid hell month of the year...atleast you can grin inside knowing they will be miserable while your tolerance builds up from May through July. -
Reading Safehold 1 along with Hyperion a bit each day.

My 9 yr old son watched all of Dances with Wolves with me yesterday. I was amazed he did as that's a hell of a long film for a 9 yr old to sit through.

At my uncles funeral. Forgot my family was so large! Also not cool I'm now having to bend my head up to meet all my little cousins eyes...they were glued to me in 80's and 90's cause I was the older and cool cousin that would stop the bully cousins in their tracks. Just re read this. Ha not that his funeral was happy news but seeing some family for the 1st time in 25 or more yrs certainly was. -

I'm not saying one thing about civil war. War of 1812. He stopped 2nd British Invasion at NOLA. He did indeed save US at the time. -

Yep he was ruthless. It's on his watch that we didn't rejoin the Empire again in 1812. Had it been another general in command who knows what would have happened. In the scheme of things he was very important to country. He was basically the start of what would be the Dem party. He had his won election stolen from him and given to Adams then next election got in ending the cycle of the Sec of States all inheriting the chair. -

Uhm he saved the country. He was ruthless but so were most of those guys back then. Maybe it's cause of me being in Louisiana but I like my 20's with Jackson. -

Also need to realize that Cosmere stuff is only a baby atm give it another few yrs and bks when the more casual fans realize what's going on and it ll start to show up in droves in that area of media. We are kinda spoiled here and know about this stuff. I guarantee 75% of casual readers don't even realize the name Hoid keeps popping up esp if they aren't read but 1 bk of his every 1-2 yrs.
