So, every time someone upvotes you by clicking this button:

You get a reputation, or, a ‘rep’ 

When this happens, your community reputation increases, giving you another point. When you have one or zero rep, you are a spren. When you have 15 rep, you are a bridgeman. There are more in between, and many more in between that and Adonalsium. Here is where you can learn the exact level. It’s the fourth post down.

Yes. They are TwyLightSansSparkles, Kobold King, Voidus, and Calderis. 
If you go to the main screen, scroll down, and you’ll see something on the side that says ‘Popular contributors’. Click where it says week, and then click year, and they’ll show up.
