Review/Summary of The Path of Daggers

Okay, so I just finished reading (listening to) The Path of Daggers, and to be honest I found it quite dull. It got better toward the end, but that was just like the last 5%. So for those of you who would rather not put yourself through 687 pages of basically nothing, here is a summary of what happened. (also forgive spelling because I am an audiobook person)

• "Hey Avienda, be careful with undoing that weave or else things will explode"
• Fix the weather.
• Another Seanchan invasion
• "Hey Elayne, be careful with undoing that weave or else...OH CRAP!"
• Undercover queen
• "You know Perrin, your life would be a lot easier if you yelled at your wife more."
• Rand sits around talking to his crazy head friend and his crazy real life friends, while he slowly goes crazy contemplating the nature of craziness and then teleport around while throwing up.
• Egwene decides that she after all wouldn't like to be a puppet to the hall
• "Hey look everyone, it's snowing"
• "Time to wreak mass destruction on both sides of the fight with my magic sword"
• "I'm back Min. You want to..." *gets beat up by a bunch of offended maidens*
• The castle gets smashed, literally
• And Faile gets captured

That is basically all that happens. I realize that I probably missed all of the stuff that is important for future books since I haven't read the rest of the series, but this sums up the stuff that was important for that book.
