I was kind of joking, but if we could use them that would be great. Dusk walked down the street, and started offering random people jobs at distribution, and sale management. He also offered them sales deals to operate in shops, and started the construction of a technology manufacturing factory that he then offered people jobs in. Essentially, he started offering everyone jobs.
