Blocked from Editing?

A couple times recently I've been blocked from editing.  However, the "intended blockee" is an IP address which is not my IP address.  Additionally, I'm signed in with my username.  The last time it happened it resolved itself the next day.  

Any idea what's going on?

That actually happens sometimes (happened to me too), don't remember why...
