Well hi, and welcome to the shard. Appart from cremposting, what other activities are you interested in? Hahahaha

Nah, now seriously, would you like to tell us which Sanderson books you've read?

(Oh, and a friendly piece of advice: Don't accept cookies from strangers, for some flavours are yet unknown)

Wow apparently no one, but HarmonicMonk wants to welcome vollman here. How rude! :P

Greetings, vollman! Welcome! Have an upvote.

And you take one too HarmonicMonk for apparently being the only one here with any hospitality. ;)

@vollmann, would you like a cookie?

Started with the first chapter of WoK and was intrigued but felt a little in over my head. Ended up setting it down and reading Mistborn Era 1, Elantris, and Warbreaker before picking it back up and burning through it and WoR, then Mistborn Era 2, Arcanum Unbounded and all the short stories I could get my hands on, before finally Oathbringer. Favorite character is a tough one - but it's hard not to love Kelsier.

Honestly I think I love the settings and the systems more than anything - Sanderson has it down to an art. From someone who grew up on LotR/Silmarillion, and has enjoyed the Gentlemen Bastards, Powder Mage series, and Name of the Wind (not to mention ASoIAF), his worldbuild is just unparalleled IMO.

Favorite book is even harder. I'm attached to Sazed and his storyline from familiarity, but know that the current Stormlight storyline is the most impactful on the Cosmere. I honestly love lots of the shorter stories and glimpses we get into other worlds from books like Warbreaker.

I'll be more careful about what I eat in the future - I have a very sensitive spirit web. Thanks for the welcomes!
