Infinity Blade Awakening out of publication?

I went to the Kindle store to finally pick up the Infinity Blade books, but the first one is saying that it's unavailable for purchase (except as an audiobook).  I couldn't find anything on Brandon's website or Twitter account.  I did see that the games themselves were just pulled from the App Store because they weren't planning on updating them to the latest hardware, but I don't know why that would affect the books.

Has anyone heard anything, or does anyone know where I could pick it up?

Actually, Peter Ahlstrom just replied to me on Twitter.  In case anyone else was looking for the answer, here's what he said:

This kind of product often has an expiry date on use of the game's IP.  My guess would be that's what's happened.  Hopefully it's just a case of making a new contract to get it back.

They're still on the Kobo store. Just bought the one I didn't have.

They are DRM free epubs, so you can read them easily on non-kobo ereaders! (not sure whether kindle support epub yet though)

If not, there's a format converter called Calibre that will allow you to safely to convert from epub to MOBI, among other formats such as pdf.
