I was browsing Brandon’s store and saw this funny card of Szeth and Nightblood. Now this may be a stupid question because it’s just meant to be a funny card, but is the purple gem looking stone in Nightblood canon to what the sword looks like? lol

Nightblood is not described as having a gem in Warbreaker, though that could have been changed by Vasher pre-Stormlight. It's also supposed to be entirely black, hilt and blade, and with a silvery (aluminum) sheath. So that's not exactly accurate, though it's funny all the same.
