So the singes and listeners have forms that specializes in doing different things, like workform for working and etc. Singers change forms by bonding with spren in a highstorm. I've realized that there wasn't much mention of what spren turns a singer into what form, so I've decided to make a list and theorise what spren makes what form. (Note that the following list does not include Forms of Power, as there is very limited knowledge on the varieties of voidspren as of current)

Mateform

Quote

Mateform meek, for love to share,
Given to life, it brings us joy.
To find this form, one must care.
True empathy, one must employ.

-5th Stanza of the Song of Listing

For mateform, it is probable that passionspren is used in order to turn into this form. After all, joy, empathy are all very passionate feelings and emotions. Also, passion for your mate is crucial in the process of reproducing. Passionspren is also noted to appear around those experiencing romantic passion, and possibly sexual passion.

Warform

Quote

Warform is worn for battle and reign,
Claimed by the gods, given to kill.
Unknown, unseen, but vital to gain.
It comes to those with the will.

-15th Stanza of the Song of Listing

From the above sentence, "It comes to those with the will, anticipationspren might be the spren for warform. "With the will" might mean a singer who anticipates and focuses on a certain will or purpose. And also anticipationspren is said to often appear around soldiers directly before a battle. It's slight connection to war might b

Workform

Quote

Workform worn for strength and care.
Whispering spren breathe at your ear.
Seek first this form, its mysteries to bear.
Found here is freedom from fear.

-19th Stanza of the Song of Listing

The stanza from the Song of Listing does not give much detail on what spren is needed for workform. "Whispering spren breathe at your ear" might imply a sentient spren, but that would be impossible as bonding with a sentient spren would either bring a form of power or becoming a Surgebinder. The best I could come up with is concentrationspren, for concentration is needed for work.

NImbleform

Quote

Nimbleform has a delicate touch.
Gave the gods this form to many,
Tho' once defied, by the gods they were crushed.
This form craves precision and plenty.

-27th Stanza of the Song of Listing

Nimbleform had me stuck. With the Song of Listing, it doesn't give much detail on the spren of this form. And nimbleform is just a form to make the singer thin and nimble, which doesn't quite fit with the spren list we currently have. Help would be appreciated.

Meditationform

Quote

Mediationform made for peace, it's said.
Form of teaching and consolation.
When used by the gods, it became instead
Form of lies and desolation.

-33rd Stanza of the Song of Listing

Again, there aren't any spren which matches with the attributes above. There aren't any peace or calmspren, or spren that matches with "teaching or consolation", so for now, the slot remains empty.

Scholarform

Quote

Scholarform shown for patience and thought.
Beware its ambitions innate.
Though study and diligence bring the reward,
Loss of innocence may be one's fate.

- 69th Stanza of the Song of Listing

The first thing that comes to mind for scholarform are logicspren, afterall, what better attribute is there for a scholar other then logic? So logicspren is the best bet.

Artform

Creationspren is confirmed to be the spren of artform in the following stanza of the Song of Revision:

Quote

Artform for colors beyond our ken;
For its grand songs we yearn.
We must attract creationspren;
These songs suffice 'til we learn.

- 279th Stanza of the Song of Revision

Dullform

Quote

Dullform dread, with the mind most lost.
The lowest, and one not bright.
To find this form, one needs banish cost.
It finds you and brings you to blight.

- Final Stanza of the Song of Listing

Rotspren is the most probable spren for this form, mostly because of the sentance "It finds you and brings you to blight." And also unlike other spren, Rosharans believe that rotspren causes infection and sickness rather then being attracted to infected wounds. So the words "brings you to blight" might be said because rotspren are the cause of blight.

These are the only forms we know for now. If there are any more forms that will be revealed, I'll try to remember to add them onto the list. Additionally, some of the spren above might be inaccurate, so help will be needed. Especially for nimbleform and meditationform, in which I am stuck on. Thanks!

Per The discussion leading up to Eshonai taking Stormform, dullform is not the result of a single spren. Which is a large part of my speculation and theorizing here.

The quote I'm referring to is in the linked thread.

Based on what you laid out in that other thread, I think that Mateform might also be a form independent of a Spren.  There's that line "The Last Legion hadn’t known how to transform into anything other than dullform and mateform, at least not without the help of the gods."    If the "gods" are Spren (which seems a common usage with several groups) then she could be saying that those where the two forms that didnt require spren.

Geek Sidebar:  Which leaves us with one form per classic DnD Ability Score: War=Strength, Work=Constitution, Nimble=Dexterity,  Mediation=Wisdom, Scholar=Intelligence, Art=Charisma.  Plus the ever-present bardic stat of "I Dont care, if they have genitals I wanna DO them!"
