+Invocation Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 (edited) Shallan's brothers all seem to have some honorific attached to their name regarding their birth order(Nan for first [recognized] son, Tet for second[I think], etc). Is that due to cultural mixing with the Horneater culture, like the red hair? Do we know if Horneaters add an honorific to their sons' names too, and if they do, is it a similar word? Sandra she/her Posted August 13, 2018 Posted August 13, 2018 Well, at least there is some kind of "succession rule" concerning Horneater brothers and their jobs - so that could be related. I don't remember reading about a honorific yet, but I guess we'll get to see a lot more of the Horneaters culture anyway, so I'm excited about that.
