Well, you forgot "Colors" from Warbreaker, and "Merciful Domi" from Elantris. I am also pretty sure that they had their own curses in Emperor's Soul, Shadows for Silence, Sixth of the Dusk (I think this one was Patji related), I also think there was another curse in Elantris that Hrathen used, Svrakiss is another insult you are missing.

There's "Rag Domi," from Elantris. In Shadows for Silence, I think they say "shadows."

 

I voted for Airsick Lowlander, because that's what I call @Ishar and other friends on a regular basis.

Isn't Tensoon's name also a curse ? (i seem to recall a passage from  SoS where Tensoon remarks that Sazed just added him to the Word of Founding so that drunks can curse his name)

He kinda is. He's basically "god damnation it" or the "J C" exasperation we do.
