Mark Site Read

When I click Mark site read, when I'm within Community,  I am hoping it will just mark all the Community posts read, leave the rest still marked as unread, but it marks the entire site as read. Or if i'm in Sanderson Elimination, I want to just mark the Sanderson Elimination posts read, but it marks the entire site read. 

Is there a way to mark only one forum, or one area of the site as read, without actually clicking on every different thread within an area?

On the main page, the Aon to the left of each forum will mark everything in it as read.
