I don't think this information has come out before, but I accidentally got Peter to own up to the canon carat values for spheres.

Broam: 2 carat
Mark: .5 carat
Chip: .1 carat

We've discussing this avidly on discord. Two carats is pretty huge for a gemstone, and .1 carat is actually realllly tiny. And it's interesting that they're linear. On Earth, the cost/value of a gemstone gets much higher the bigger it is. So 2 carats is worth way more than 2x 1 carat.  And they're working on canonizing the cuts.  W00t!
