Magic System (For my own Cosmere-like setup)

Interestingly enough, I was already doing something similar to Sanderson's Cosmere when my uncle recommended his books. These magic systems have been in development since before 2012. I would love feedback on them as well as help developing them. They are going with my book in which I will be updating here:

Also included in this, I want to create a secondary writing system using a runic alphabet. The primary alphabet is as follows: A B C Ĉ D E F G Ĝ H Ĥ I J Ĵ K L M N O P R S Ŝ T U Ŭ V Z. I want it to be all straight lines with no curves. Like the Norse runes ᛒ ᛟ ᚱ and ᛋ for inspiration. I haven't the slightest clue how to start though. I want the runes to mean something specific as well, unlike primary alphabet. I also want all of the runes to take up around the same space. Help Needed!

The Primary numbers for this whole Dimensional Cluster are multiples of three, exceptions are on a base ten system.
