StormblessDave Posted January 18, 2018 Posted January 18, 2018 I loved Wok, it was a great beginning. WoR was a perfect sequel imo. However Oathbringer did not live up to my expectations. What about you guys?I voted for WoK 1

Kered he/him Posted January 18, 2018 Posted January 18, 2018 WoR was just an all around more enjoyable book for me. It has the most scene's that I think are going to be pretty hard to top in future books. Kaladin summoning Sylblade for the first time, the 4v3 duel, Kaladin lashing Dalinar back to the ground, Dalinar believing Kaladin over Amaram. Don't get me wrong, OB had some great scenes, but for WoR packed more of a punch.

ICanDream Posted January 18, 2018 Posted January 18, 2018 Words of Radiance - 9.5/10 Oathbringer - 8.5/10 Way of Kings - 8.3/10 (Note that I am very harsh with reviews, and I have therefore never given anything 10. Words of Radiance is my favourite book right now. By a very wide margin.)
