I've changed my thoughts to it being an accidental consequence of some other action, with putting the Parshmen to work being the preferable response to simple letting them wander to their inevitable deaths.

However, the mutual sacrifice of spren and form to fight a like enemy with the unintended consequence of slaveform Parshmen has a certain lopsided symmetry to it.

Hahahaha, charitable slavery! The mundane nature of the reasoning makes it seem like a realistic explanation. That scenario can also lead to further elaboration on a point a Parshmen made to Kaladin early in OB: just because they couldn't speak did that make it okay to enslave them?

Whatever Mr Sanderson decides I just hope the next installment really does focus on the Parshendi and other non-Alethi cultures. He's created a big world with Roshar, I'd like us to explore it more.

It is very difficult apparently @fievelgoespostal but not impossible.

I could see Adolin dying (or perhaps I want him to die a little bit *shrug*). It would fit the whole love triangle thing as foreshadowing. Adolin dies, Shallan gets bitter and twisted and falls to the dark side and starts wearing a mask to manage her asthma and Kaladin redeems her. Just guessing on that though.

Oh, I can answer this one. I got an advance copy of book 10 (though I was sleeping at the time and when I woke up I couldn't find it again). Anyway, please refer to my signature.

Not sure if the board doesn't have signatures and that's the joke or if it is just mobile that doesn't have signatures and the joke is 'it all ends in fire' or something... isn't there a WoB that says we already know the ending of SA 10?

I don't know if there is a WoB on the end of stormlight. I don't think so, it wouldn't make much sense since this is the furthest forward tale in the cosmere other than sixth of dusk which doesn't really have any spoilers for stormlight (though the reverse can't be said to be true). Anyway, this is my signature to clarify that it is in fact a joke.

"It's okay, I understand." replied Lift. "Haters gotta hate, skaters gotta skate. I'm hungry. Thanks. Gotta go. Bye." Lift made herself awesome.

Jasnah is going to order shallans execution. (Too many comments about the threat to a dynasty coming from within, shallan now working for the ghostbloods)

This is actually a really fascinating idea - I can totally see this happening.  I think people forget sometimes that Jasnah tried to have Aesudan assassinated - she definitely has a dark side to her and would be willing to do things that Dalinar would never do.  She almost brought herself to kill Renarin, so by comparison ordering Shallan's death or even killing her personally would probably not even faze her.   At the very least, there will likely be some major confrontation and possible falling out between them about the Ghostbloods once Jasnah finds out.

Nightblood will devour Odium.  You heard it here folks.

Also Moash will either a) die horribly or b ) become a non-Windrunner KR after MUCH character development.
