The other is more of a theory. 1) Who is the person that Wit is afraid will "crush an entire city for a chance to kill (wit)"? I bought the audio book and so can't really give his name since I don't know how it's spelled. 2) Could Zahel actually be Vasher?

He and Hoid (Wit) know each other personally and Rayse has a serious grudge. 2) Yes, they are the same person. If I remember correctly, Vasher came to Roshar in search of an easier source of investiture to feed on for survival
