Difference between editions of Arcanum Unbounded?

Does anybody know if there are any differences between the UK and US editions of Arcanum Unbounded. Eg, does the UK edition contain all the same art? Also are there any similar differences between the paperback and hardback editions? 

I wasn't really sure where to post this but I hope this is all right.

I believe all countries get the same art, excluding the covers. Sometimes hardback editions get additional art, but I think most of the time that art will also be posted on brandonsanderson.com. As far as I have heard there is nothing additional in the Arcanum Unbounded.
