Posting Glitch

This is not at all an issue, but it is a little weird.

1) I type something.

2) I hit submit.

3) I click on the "Next Unread Topic" thingamajigger before it submits completely.

4) I get bumped back, and "New posts within a short time frame are limited. Please wait 29 seconds before posting." pops up. (See below)

5) The thing is, it actually posted, but it does not show up on my page.
