community reputation Skaa above Darkeyes

All I want to know is why Skaa is above Darkeyes on the community reputation ranking. You'd think it'd be opposite since Skaa are (or were) often slaves or beggars while Darkeyes often owned their own houses and were actuall paid workers. Plus even Darkeyed slaves got payed (even if it was just a pittance).

I dont think there is much rhyme or reason to it.

I am stupid. I totally thought it was based on post count instead of reputation. XD
