I am a stickler for detail (sometimes).  I was wondering, what constitutes a hot topic, number of views, number of replies, or a combination.

What constitutes a hot topic?

Aren't they those weird stores inside malls where goth kids go to hang out and be all dark with their black hairs and make-up?
Oh, and they have band tees.
