So far, we have not yet seen a viewpoint character use Division, Cohesion, and Tension in the books (at least, not explicitly), but Brandon already gave us some hints, as can be seen if you read that article. Also we probably haven't seen the full extent of any of the Surgebinding powers yet. It's exciting to see what else can be done with the Abrasion Surge, for example.
