Does Alcatraz still own [Spoiler]'s soul?

Is it possible alcatraz still "owns" his father's soul?

 

Could he get it back by obtaining the lens forged from Attica's blood?

I'm very curious how this will play out.  I don't see why Attica's soul wouldnt still belong to alcatraz.  A ghost Attica could be very helpful and less likely to destroy the world with his arrogance.

though i do think that Alcatraz still owns Attica's soul, i doubt it will help him, after all, owning your soul doesn't make you immortal, you can still die, and in my opinion Alcatraz is to shaken by it for it for it to have been reversed.

The Curators specifically claim your soul.  All effects stem from that.  If they operated unlawfully, then everything must be made whole, including the deterioration of the body.

No such law in such a capacity was violated:  Curators caused all kinds of spatial alterations; murderers just stab people to death.
