Writeform
Hello... wow, that was an awkward hello. Anyway, *nervous shuffle* I'm from Ireland, so please read this in an Irish accent. Im new to Brandon Sanderson I have recently completed Way of Kings and Words of Radiance (just finished Words of Radiance yesterday actually - still in emotional turmoil) And I don't know which of Brandon's book to read next, help please? Ps: did anyone else find it hard to figure out how many books Josh has when signing up? So, yeah, bye.
Assassin in Burgundy he/him
Welcome to the Shard! Have an upvote. Yeah I admittedly did have trouble with that question. Did you put your shoe on your head after reading the terms and conditions? Otherwise your soul might be sold for a bagel probably by next week. Oh, and for the which books to read next, I would suggest Mistborn, Elantris, and Warbreaker. @bleeder, our resident wearer of vests, has free pdf copies of Warbreaker and the Emperor's Soul if you're interested. I'm bleeder, resident wearer-of-vests and giver-outer-of-Cosmere-PDFs (working on an acronym for that). Welcome to the Shard. It is a good place. Warbreaker is an excellent addition to your Brandon literature, so if you want to read it just give me a shout. (Also, I understand. I just finished a reread of Words of Radiance and it is an emotional journey.) God, I wish I was Irish and not just some boring American.
StormyQueen she/her
Welcome to the shard! *waves* it's your friendly summoner of creationspren here to welcome you aboard. As a forewarning, avoid all cookies/baked goods that are offered to you, as they are from a questionable group. (They're spiked) As for what you should read next... I'd say Warbreaker or Mistborn. If you want to read something more lighthearted, I'd go for Warbreaker, whereas my one line pitch for potential readers of mistborn is "mission impossible set after Sauron has been in power for 100 years". But, all of them are great If you read Warbreaker, watch out for a familiar face or two (well, a face and a metaphorical face).

Never thought of it that way before, but that's actually really accurate. Upvoted!

I like coming up with interesting one line pitches so that when I recommend books to people I don't ramble, my Terry Pratchett ones are the best in my humble opinion (a bunch of monarchists release a dragon), but Warbreaker and SA are harder because there isn't just one main plot. Also, if you're interested, Elantris is 'Tolkien's elves turn into zombies, and Rome wants to invade'.
