So I am currently rereading the various mistborn books and during Allow of Law I noticed that Way suggests inviting a person from House Venture to his wedding. But how did this family even continue to exist?

Elend was the last true member of House Venture after Straff was killed, since all of Straffs children were illegetimate and therefore not true members of the house.

And Elend died and didn't have any children, I am positive that Vin giving birth to a child would have been a significant enough development to have been mentioned in the book. So, how did Venture as a House survive?

Straff was the head of House venture...but there are more than 4 people in the House. Straff's brothers and sisters and their heirs.

The modern Venture have to be offspring of the not direct line from Straff

PS: But do we have informations about Elend'sBrother fate ?

Not to mention that just because they say they are House Venture doesn't mean they are descended from House Venture.

Geneology is a ridiculous complicated concept. It might be that some minor family saw they had Venture blood in them from a  while back, and decided to approrpiate and go by that name, since being related to Elend "The Last Emperor" Venture is more impressive socially than being related to Some Dude.

Brandon doesn't give us a lot of information on that kind of political backbiting, geneology and noble family trees in the books, so... I'd say there are a lot of potential ways that a House Venture could have survived or been reborn. Unless we get WoB on the subject, I'd just invent a reason and roll with that. There's enough precedent for it in our real-world history.

Isn't the ventures kinda big ? If counting the bastard children under straff (i'm sure not all of them died in WoA since it's mentioned that Elend had lots of allomancers at those times which i suspect aren't just from the noble houses he recruited)

Do you mean Zane? Is there any doubt that Vin killed him?

I agree that there were other members of house Venture besides Straff's immediate family. I thought it mentioned an uncle or cousin was in charge of Urteau while Straff lead the house from Luthadel. While many Ventures may have been killed by the Citizen's rule, it is unlikely that the largest house at the time of the Final Empire had every single member killed. Also, there is a historical precedent of bastards taking on the family name so I see no reason why this would not have happened here.

No, I mean the legal brother of Elend not one of the Straff's Bastards

I remember he had a little brother.... Do I remember wrong ?

I searched and from what I have seen there is no mention of any legitimate brothers,
