17shardsuggestion Magazine Seventeen

Instead of putting this in the 17th Shard suggestions thread, I decided to make a new thread, as it would be more appropriate.

So. The title says it all. A 17th Shard official magazine. We could do an issue every month

How many times, have any of you jumped onto the Shard and then became "bombarded" with all the new info, conversations and ideas that have occur. The Randomness thread is a perfect example of this. Every time I am there, there seems to be a few more new pages than last time. 

If we integrate the magazine into  the 17th Shard, then we could make things like "Featured Forum Members"....more featured. We could showcase the best and latest artworks of the month as well as the best new threads to join in.

We could have an RP section, showcasing the latest of what has happened in a better way and allow those who don't RP to see some of what has happened. We could have an Oathbringer update each month, as well as list any Sanderson signings and events in the magazine.

What do you guys think?

It's not as widely publicized as perhaps it could be but the staff do run a recurring news segment called 'Around the Cosmere' that aimed to do exactly that. If you have some ideas for improvement or additions to it though then it's certainly open to improvement.

I thought "Around the Cosmere" was going to be weekly? What happened to that?

Zach, the person running it, has been extremely busy. It's going to come back and do similar things to this.

Well, that's where a thing like this suggestion would be, and it'd be more Around the Cosmere.
