Somebody recently beat me to it by making a twitter bot that posts updates to the progress meters on Brandon's homepage. Well I'm not that guy, and as Hoid says at the end of Way of Kings, we value being first the most, right? But I'll take second place anyhow. I'm excited to announce that I've published an app on the Google play store (for Android) that pushes live (okay, within 5 minutes) progress notifications to your phone! Hope I'm not the only one out there who feels like that. P.S. if you're the guy that made the twitter bot, I hope you see me copying your name as a compliment and not an insult. It's the best name I'd ever heard for this! But if anyone on the forums has a suggestion for an even cooler name, let me know! Also, the logo is pretty lame. I doctored it up in 2 minutes with paint last night. My wife didn't even know what it was when she saw it the first time! I'll be reaching out to Brandon to see if I can get permission to use a Bridge Four shash or an allomantic symbol as the app icon. Cheers! CJ 3
Chaos he/him Posted March 12, 2016 Posted March 12, 2016 Could use some more modern Android design rather than the old holo design language, but looks nice Buttttt if it was a material design app, I would be extremely happy.
Rhionin Posted March 16, 2016 Author Posted March 16, 2016 Done! Can't say I'm an incredibly skilled UX designer or anything, but it does look better now! Keep the requests coming if you folks have more ideas. I'm thinking of tracking progress over time next.

I am also looking to publish it to Google Play, because i had some minor problem and i had no time now to solve it.
