So I drew some Reckoners fanart and would love to upload it to the gallery, but there's no category for the Reckoners unless you count the Steelheart Mega Vault Contest section. Since that seems to have been for a long-since-over contest and the General Art category won't let me upload anything to it, I'm at a loss as to where my drawing should go. I find it hard to believe I'm the first person who's ever wanted to do Reckoners art and share it here, outside of the contest.

HEY! I actually considered drawing a bunch of Epics at there height of power not 3 days ago!

What sort of artwork do you do? Traditional or Digital?

I kinda lean towards traditional cos it's easier for me. Maybe we could collaborate? I draw and someone else colour?

(I suck at colouring)

I do mostly traditional, although occasionally I will take a drawing I've done with colored pencil, scan it into the computer, and re-do it in Corel Painter X for a different look.

Some examples:

Here's one of my earliest people portraits: Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor.

And the version I did in Corel Painter with digital chalk:

I used to do a lot of superheroes too...

Miss Marvel (Carol Danvers) from Marvel comics:

Original pencil.

Digital oil pastel.

I think collaborating could be very fun! Adding color is actually what I have the most fun doing, so that could work out awesome with the two of us. :D (And I kind of have a really hard time drawing realistic-ish full-body views of people...)

Somewhat related: I bought a new pack of 48 colored pencils from Hobby Lobby this week, and I'm super excited to try them out.

Hey that's pretty nifty!

So... who do you want to do first?

I will draw them and lightly shade them to indicate colours. Then I will scan them and send them to you. How's that?

(Be sure that the characters are from Steelheart and Mitosis, I haven't finished Firefight let alone Calamity)

Why don't you choose the character(s)? After all, you will be the one making most of the important decisions about the artwork. I'm just your coloring drudge. :P

Also, I will PM you my email address so you can send a higher quality image than the forums will allow.

*coughs*

I am a seriously absent minded guy. SO when I do something, I like to know that someone needs/wants me to do it.

That's why I asked you. I may make the small decisions in the end, but the fact that you told me what to draw will help me be bothered to draw it lol

Lol. XD I can understand that. I have the same problem sometimes with other aspects of my life. I'll keep telling myself, "You have to do X and Y and Z this weekend!" But then the weekend comes and I end up sleeping in and then spending all day on the Internet.
