Hi, Cephandrius here. I've been reading Brandons works for years, and I figured its time to stop lurking and start joining the conversation. I haven't been part of a forum community for a while, since my last internet "home away from reality" shut down. So it might take a bit to get used to this again. But I'm glad to be here!

My last forum was Golden Sun Realm, a community for the Golden Sun games. All the major discussion about theories and the workings of the games themselves were exhausted years ago, but I stuck around till the last day.

And this isn't cosmere, but I've never read Alcatraz or rithmatist, but I did finally read legion (both books) last night. I'm not aware of anything Cosmere I've missed except Aether of Night, which is pending a response from Brandon.

So if I eat it, I get powers?

Ah, ok. I'm not familiar with Golden Sun at all. Pardon my ignorance!

 

As for Alcatraz and the Rithmatist, they may not be Cosmere, but they're still storming awesome. Alcatraz makes me laugh like a total loon.

 

And the cookies--no, you don't eat them. A resident of the Dark Alley has to impale you with one.

and yes, they are super awesome. I got two friends into Sanderson through Rithmatist, and two more through Alcatraz(though there may be five more in coming through this book (Yes. Five. Don't ask))

that's great to know, I'll put those next on the list. I love "odd" characters, like Wayne or Hammond or anyone with quirks like theirs. Does Alcatraz or Rithmatist have anyone like that?
