Alfa he/him Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 One thing always irritated me quite a bit: The chasm-line of the "fixed" aons is on the "inside" of the Aons, between the mountain-line and the point. But when Raoden fixes the Aon Rao of Elantris it seems that he draws the chasm-line outside of the city, "outside" of the Aon. Question is: why does it work then?

What we had there was a failure to communicate. Brandon wrote it one way, the illustrator drew it another way, and never the twain did meet. It was fixed in the anniversary edition, both map and climactic Chasm Line run. Edited February 6, 2016 by Landis963
