Hello!! My name is folly. I am not addicted to reading. I can stop whenever I want. I read mostly fantasy and my favorite authors are Brandon Sanderson (which is kind of a given), Patrick Rothfuss, Robin Hobb, and Terry Pratchett ( who my mom read to me before I could read.)

I do other things with my life. I am theatre kid at an arts school. I act, and I do production for plays. I also spend a lot of time juggling (picking balls up from the ground.) I sew full circle cloaks and other bits of period dress. I know simple embroidery and crewel.

I am super excited to look at ALL the threads, and type things with my fingers.

I have fun being alive.

I don't want a "cookie." *squints suspiciously* mistrust.

I apologize for my horrible grammar. I am working on it. Having orders of words needing of seeking.

Yeah, getting stabbed with metal spikes isn't really my thing. Thanks for the offer it's very... Thoughtful.

Well, if anyone ever criticizes your grammar, just tell them you're imitating Spook. That'll set them straight.

Acting! I do (did?) that. Not sure how well, but I I'm willing do silly things and sing onstage, so there's that.

You embroider? That's just crewel.

...I'm so sorry.

How many Sanderson books have you read, and are you aware of the wonderful thing known as the Cosmere?

Oh, and welcome to the forums! :D

I use my crewel art for puning often. It might in fact be one of the reasons I took it up.

I've read all the cosmere books, but not all the novellas; My library doesn't have them. I've read rithmitist, the reckoners, the first Alcatraz, and I just finished the wheel of time last week.

Happiness to join everyone here.

Not even when it gives you awesome magic powers?
