ThirdGen Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 I came up with a film funding idea once that was basically everybody contributing to a pool of cash and helping each other out with making films with it. After two or three people gave me "Are you an idiot?" looks when I described the mechanism of it I realized, "Oh! Wait wait wait, this is a pyramid scheme. Never mind." I never thought something like Patreon or Kickstarter would be possible. People giving money voluntarily? No way. 4
Mistrunner Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Once I was eating cereal out of a cup and thought the cereal on the bottom got too soggy and inaccessible, so I decided there should be a dish that was like a cup turned on its side, with a hole in the top and... I'd invented the bowl. Not necessarily a bad idea, but a weird thought process. 2
