Brgst13
We know that there is at least a chance and a prophecy of Parshendi bonding "human" spren. We also know that to bond a Voidspren, they must go into a highstorm. I suspect that in order to get a Parshendi Radiant, they will have to take a non void spren into an Everstorm. Ideas?
skaa
We also know that to bond a Voidspren, they must go into a highstorm. You mean the kind that the Stormfather uses? Not necessarily. From what the Stormfather says in Words of Radiance, the Everstorm contains voidspren that can forcibly bond parshmen: THE EVERSTORM. IT IS A NEW THING, BUT OLD OF DESIGN. IT ROUNDS THE WORLD NOW, AND CARRIES WITH IT HIS SPREN. ANY OF THE OLD PEOPLE IT TOUCHES WILL TAKE ON THEIR NEW FORMS. I don't think they could use the Everstorm to bond non-voidspren. Remember, it is not a storm itself that bonds them to spren, but a powerful spren that resides it. In the case of the highstorm, that would be the Stormfather, who appears to only bond Parshendi who are in a certain frame of mind (depending on which spren they're trying to bond with); i.e., the Stormfather bonds conditionally. On the other hand, the voidspren of the Everstorm as described are not likely to wait for any preparation on the parshmen's part before bonding them. I think the best chance of a Parshendi becoming a Knight Radiant is to first attain a form that could attract the Radiant spren in the first place. Rlain, being a Squire to a Windrunner, might have a chance.

I suspect there's far more to it than that. Something (or someone) probably has to forcibly break the bond between the voidspren and the Parshendi first... Yata
Probably the Listener had no need of Highstorm to bind Void-spren. Simply for thousand of years they bond mindless spren with the Highstorm as catalyst (I suppose to use the stormlight as fuel for the Change) and when they discovered the new Power-Form they go in a Highstorm to get it also if is not needed. The Void-spren are probably as Invested as Radiant-Spren and if this is true they may had no need of extra Investiture to fuel the trasformation.
