Surges, orders and abilities

It is of my opinion that each order has three powers, two of which it shares with other orders and one unique one which is a combination of the two. 
 
The Basic Lashing is associated with the Surge of Gravitation and the Full Lashing is associated with the Surge of Pressure. Therefore Orders 10 and 2 could use those lashings respectively.
 
The Reverse lashing, I think, is a combination of Gravitation and Pressure. The Ars Arcanum author believes it to be a specialised type of Basic Lashing, but I am thinking that it is a combination of that and Atmosphere. Objects in the air are more likely to be pulled towards the Lashed object, and as said above negative pressure could create a pulling effect. We will probably see when we two adjacent orders properly (probably Jasnah's full powers and Shallan's full powers).
 
In regards to the physics, remember that the Cosmere is not wholly physical as our world is. We do not know how the Cognitive and Spiritual realms supervene upon each other. In the Physical Realm, gravitation is caused the energy, stress and momentum curving spacetime. From a spacetime perspective, it would be impossible for two objects that are as close enough for Szeth to touch to experience significant gravitational difference due to the manifold property of spacetime. Space must look locally flat, due to its property as a manifold. (Note that WoB says that the Physical realm has the same physics of the real world. He made reference to particle physics here, but says it applies to physics generally).
 
HOWEVER, we can probably think not in terms of physics but of Realmatics. 
 
We know that Shallan gives the Cognitive aspect of an object stormlight to transform. I am thinking that a basic lashing could work as follows; there is a spiritual-gravitation bond between an object and the planet it is on. However, while infused with Stormlight the bond could be altered in the Spiritual realm, the realm of energy, and the object could "believe" that the pull of the planet is in a different direction, or of a different strength, than it actually is.
 
The spacetime manifold may not change, but the object could still change its movement if what it "believes" is so strong that it overules the physics of the spacetime. It is through this sort of reasoning that I think underpins all of the physics-defying phenomena of the Cosmere.
