Last halloween my sister dressed up as Vin in a mistcloak, only I thought she was Chewbacca gone gray. So after explaining, I had to read the book and find out about this Vin and her strange cloak and money not for spending...after consuming the Final Empire in a day I was hooked for life and chastized my sister for not sharing earlier. She has been a fan long enough to have the first edition cover of Final Empire, you know, the one that Brandon hates. The rest is history.
